摘要
分析了美铝(上海)铝业有限公司铝箔轧机板形控制手段的作用和能力。提出了一种铸轧坯合理断面形状的拟合曲线离差量判别方法,并用其考察了实际板形质量与拟合曲线的残差平方和Q及最大偏差量Δymax的关系。
The effect and ability of the shape control instrument on the aluminum foil rolling mill in Alcoa(Shanghai)Co.Ltd.are analyzed.A method based on the deviation from fitting curve is proposed to judge the reasonable section profile of cast-rolled strip.The relations between the shape quality and the mean square deviation Q or maximum deviationΔy max are inspected for some foil coils with the method.
