摘要
目的 :观察消癌平治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 :将 6 5例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组 33例 ,用消癌平注射液 ,每次 2mL ,bid ,连用 30d。对照组 32例 ,单用对症支持治疗。治疗前后分别采用恶性肿瘤生存质量评分表 ,KPS评分表进行评估。结果 :治疗组生存质量较对照组明显提高。结论 :消癌平能改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量 。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaoaiping in the treatment of patients with advanced stage malignant tumor. Methods:65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 33 patients in the treatment group were intervened with Xiaoaiping, while 32 in the control group with placebo. All the patients were evaluated with a Quality of life scale and KPS questionnaire before and after treatment. Results:There was a significant improvement of quality of life in the patients in the treatment compared to those in the control group. Conclusion:Xiaoaiping can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with malignant tumor.
