摘要
对 2 5 0℃人工时效 ZA2 7Ce合金进行阻尼性能测定 ,发现该热处理制度可以有效提高 ZA2 7Ce合金的阻尼性能 ;利用 TEM观察了合金的铸态以及热处理态组织 ,发现热处理过程中丰富的固态相变和充分的调幅分解提高了ZA2 7Ce合金的阻尼性能。
WT5BZ]The Measurement of the damping property to the artificial aging ZA27Ce alloy at 250℃ showed that the heat treatment could improve the damping property of ZA27Ce alloy The microstructures of the as cast and as heattreated the alloy were observed in detail by the use of TEM The sufficient solid phase transformation and fully spinodal decomposition played the important role on the improvement of the damping property of the ZA27Ce alloy
