摘要
通过研究RE和铜在合金中的共同作用,证实了铜在高锌铝合金中最佳添加量为1%-2%,RE的最佳添加量为0.2%。在高锌铝合金中,ε相中会溶解一部分RE,使得ε相脆性有所减弱。不同Cu、RE质量比会影响高锌铝合金中其他相的形成。Cu、RE质量比达到8∶1时(Cu为1.6%、RE为0.2%)其力学性能最优,抗拉强度为287 MPa,硬度(HB)为103,伸长率为6.3%。
Through analyzing the co-action of rare earth and copper in the alloy , it is found that the desirable copper content is 1%-2%, and the rare earth addition is 0.2% in the high zinc aluminum alloy. In the high zinc aluminum alloy, a minor of rare earth can be well dissolved into ε phases, improving the brittleness of e phase. Formation of the other phases in high zinc aluminum alloy is related with various Cu/RE ratio. With Cu/RE of 8 to 1(1.6% Cu and 0.2%RE), tensile strength, hardness and elongation of the alloy reach 287 MPa, HB103 and 6.3%, respectively.
