摘要
烟台龙源电力技术有限公司在吸取国内外经验教训的基础上,对等离子点火技术进行开发与研究,经过3年多的努力,解决了大功率(100kW以上)等离子发生器长时间连续稳定运行和煤粉内燃燃烧器点燃、烧蚀、结焦、磨损等技术难题,开发成功了DLZ-200型等离子煤粉点火燃烧器。并实现了无油启动,启停试验证明该技术已经进入成熟的工业应用阶段。
Yan tai Long Yuan Power Technology Co.Ltd.has been devoted to the development and research of plasma ignition technique.Based on the experiences domestic and abroad the country,through3years efforts,we solved the problem of how to maintain a long time smooth combustion in a large power(over100kW)plasma producer,overcoming a lot of related technical difficulties,such as,ignition,coking,combustion damage,and corrosive deterioration in the combustor,and successfully developed DLZ-200plasma and coal powder igniter.This technique was further applied to No.13boiler of Jia mu si Power Plant to be experimented for industrial application and get satisfactory results.
