摘要
针对燃煤机组启停过程中需要燃烧大量燃油的问题,等离子点火技术可实现煤粉锅炉无油点火和低负荷稳燃。介绍了朝阳发电厂2号锅炉上采用等离子点火技术方案,以及等离子点火技术实际实施效果,结果表明,等离子点火系统性能稳定、能实现机组无油点火及低负荷稳燃,经济效益显著,达到工业应用条件,为同类行机组采用等离子点火技术提供借鉴。
Start-stop process for coal-fired units that need to burn large amounts of fuel,plasma ignition of pulverized coal boiler technology enables oil-free ignition and stable combustion at low load.This paper introduces the Chaoyang Power Plant No.2 boiler plasma ignition technology,the program,as well as plasma ignition technology,the practical implementation of results,results showed that the plasma ignition system performance and stability,to achieve the unit oil-free ignition and stable combustion at low load,significant economic benefits to achieve industrial application conditions for the same line of unit plasma ignition technology to provide reference.
