中空钢轧制工艺对H22-40SiMnCrNiMo钎杆寿命影响研究 被引量:1

An Effect of Rolling Processing for Making Hollow Drill Steel on Its service Life

摘要 介绍三种中空钢轧制工艺方法──钻孔带芯热轧法、热穿—热拔法、热穿—热轧法,对比三种工艺生产的中空钢表面宏观和显微质量,将运用此三种工艺加工的H22—40SiMnCrNiMo钎杆进行工业考核试验,结果表明:钻孔带芯热轧法的钎杆寿命比热穿—热拔法、热穿—热轧法的钎杆长,现有热穿—热拔法和热穿—热轧法的钎杆寿命基本相同,但从失效形式和最长寿命分析,热穿—热轧法比热穿—热拔法对钎杆寿命提高,潜力大。 The paper compares the quality of H22-40SiMnCrNiMo hollow drill steels made from three kinds of rolling processing (i.e. the drill hole-hot rolling with core processing, hoot thread-drawing processing and hot thread-rolling processing) in respects of the surface macrostructure and property of the steels. The result indicates that the service life of the hollow drill steel made from the drill hole-hot rolling with core processing is longer the others. The serviee life of the hollow drill steel made from the hot thread- drawing processing is approximately equal to that of the hollow drill steel made from hot thread -rolling processing, but the improved potential of the hollow drill steel made from hot thread-rolling processing is more than that of the hollow drill steel made from the hot thread-drawing processing.
