摘要
以 4V× 39S +5SF - 30、 32为例介绍四股扇形股钢丝绳的生产经验。合绳时采用整体模拉拔法 ,拉制时圆股承受模壁下的径向挤压 ,被拉制压缩成扇形断面股型。钢丝绳采用交互捻法的同时 ,增大绳的捻距和缩小股的捻距 ,使绳的扭转力矩与股的扭转合力矩平衡 ,以达到钢丝绳的不旋转 。
Taking 4V×39S+5SF-30?mm,32?mm wire rope for example,some production experiences of wire rope with four fan shaped strands are introduced Integral die drawing method is adopted when laying In drawing process,round strand bears radial extrusion of die wall and is drawn into fan shaped section strand While using interactive laying method to produce wire rope,the length of lay pitch of rope is enlarged and that of strand is contracted,which makes the moment of torsion of rope in equilibrium with the resultant moment of torsion of strands,so as to attain the goal of non rotating of wire rope,which can meet the requirement of consumers
