摘要
采用某焦化厂的污染土样进行富集分离得到菌种,通过驯化筛选得到降解苯酚能力强的一株,初步鉴定为假单胞菌. 通过实验测得苯酚的降解率可达100%,其最适降解条件为pH 6.79、温度37oC, 并对降解动力学作了初步探讨.
Strains were isolated from coking plant polluted soil. A strain which degraded phenol was obtained by screening and acclimatizing, and was identified as Pseudomonas sp. After optimization of conditions, the degradation of phenol is up to 100%. The suitable conditions for degradation of phenol are pH=6.79 and T=37oC and the kinetics of the degradation was also explored.
