摘要
以电磁轴承支承下的高速转子系统为分析对象,以传统的转子动力学分析理论和方法为基础,结合电磁轴承系统分析理论和方法,研究电磁轴承支承条件下转子系统的动力学特性。应用基于系统传递函数的刚度、阻尼特性分析理论和方法,建立用于分析电磁轴承转子系统动力学特性的理论和方法。并对一个实用型150m3制氧透平膨胀机样机的研制和试验进行指导和结果验证。
When AMB is going to the investigation on its application, here have a lot of problems that must be solved. At first, one of the problems is the safety and stability or called as rotor dynamics. Rotor system with high rotation speed and specially supported is dealt with by active magnetic bearings, and studies its performance of rotor dynamics on the way of the combination traditional theory and method of rotor dynamics with the analyzing theory and design method of AMB system. Herein establishes a kind of method for investigating the AMB rotor dynamics on the basic theory of stiffness and damping of the system. As an application of the result on the analysis of above theory and method, a showpiece of 150 m3 turbo oxygen gas expander is manufactured and experimented.
