摘要
研究了一种新的SPR生化分析系统 .从SPR效应的原理入手 ,分析了SPR效应作生化分析时的特性 ,得出了光源和传感头的几个重要参数对SPR效应特性的影响 .以LED作为光源 ,CCD作为光电探测器 ,FP GA为采集控制器设计了集成化的光学系统 .整个系统结构紧凑 ,易于商用化 .
The performance of SPR effect is analyzed when it is used for biochemical analysis based on the principle of SPR effect and some conclusions are reached that show the influence of some parameters of light source and sensor on the performance of SPR effect. A system with a integrated optic system, LED for light source, CCD for photoelectricity detector and FPGA for acquisition controller are designed. The design makes the system have a compact structure and be easy for commercial application.
