摘要
采用添加活化剂三氯乙酸乙酯的VOCl_3-Al_2Et_3Cl_3 二元催化体系,分别在250 mL、700 mL和7.5 m^3聚合釜中,对乙烯-丙烯-双环戊二烯三元共聚合进行了研究。在工业装置上生产出质量优于企业标准一级品指标的三元乙丙橡胶。与不加活化剂的二元催化体系相比,催化效率提高1.15倍,单体的单程转化率提高50%,胶液干胶含量提高 80%,溶剂用量降低47%左右,产品成本降低15%以上。本体系不需添加分子量调节剂即可有效地控制橡胶的门尼粘度,并可在30℃以上的较高温度下聚合。
Terpolymerization of ethylene-propylene-dicyclopentadiene was studied by VOCl3-Al2Et3Cl3 catalyst using trichloroethyl acetate as activator in 250 mL, 700 mL and 7.5 m3 polymerization reactors, res-pectivel . The results show that the catalytic efficiency, monomer conversion per pass, and dry rubber obtained are increased by 115%, 50% and 80%, respectively and the solvent consumption and the cost of product are decreased by 47% and 15%, respectively, as compared with VOC13-Al2Et3Cl3 binary catalyst system without using activator.With the addition of trichloroethyl acetate as activator, the VOCl3-Al2Et3Cl3 catalyst can effectively control the Mooney viscosity of rubber without the presence of molecular weight regulator, and the polymerization can be carried out at temperature over 30℃.
