摘要
对我国高校历年工资分配制度的演化作了系统分析,并划分为四个阶段,指出了工资分配中存在的突出问题。从管理创新的角度,对知识经济时期高校工资分配改革趋势进行了展望。
On the basis of studying the prsesnt situation of the evolution of the evolution of staff wages system in universities, the author tries to divide into fout developing phase past years' wages system, through the analysis of nowadays problems in universities. With the new phaes of wages system with a wider field of vision through the innovating of management.
