摘要
当今女性的角色冲突问题是许多社会学家、学者关注的焦点，也有不少人对此作过研究。木文从微观的角度出发，通过个案调查，具体阑述角色冲突的表现以及对女性的影响，并试图分析社会工作可介入的途径及方式．
Nowadays,a lot of sociologists pay attention to females about 'the conflict of roles'. They have done some researches in the domain. This article showes 'role conflict'in a family by case study and elaborates how it influences the female. A conclusion is drawn that the female ex-press their right and thoughts in ' conflict of roles'. The intervention of social work and some suggestions are provided.
