摘要
目的了解通过结核病知识的健康教育对提高肺结核患者遵嘱行为及用药依从性的效果。方法采取多种的健康教育方法 ,对 80例肺结核患者在住院期间及出院后进行针对性的健康教育。结果健康教育前后病人对结核病特定知识的知晓率有显著性差异。接受教育的病人服药依从性为 1 0 0 % ,化疗有效率为 97 5 %。病人对知识的知晓率、良好的遵医行为不随出院时间的延长而降低。结论实施健康教育 ,不但能显著提高肺结核患者对结核病相关知识的认知 ,更能提高患者对治疗的依从性 。
Objective To study the health education concerning tuberculosis' acknowledges on improvement of compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to medical instruction and anti-tuberculosis treatment.Method several health education measures were applied to teach 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis related knowledge and importance of compliance to treatment.Result The acknowledge about tuberculosis after health education in educated patients were improved significantly.The compliant rate of the patients after leaving hospital was 100%,and effective chemotherapy was 97.5%.Conclusions health education was not only capable of improving patients' knowledge on tuberculosis,but also improving clinical effects of anti tuberculosis therapy.
