摘要
考察了钾盐修饰的KX分子筛作为固体碱对碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换反应合成碳酸二甲酯的催化性能 .结果表明 ,催化活性随着负载钾盐的种类的不同而变化 ,KOH/KX和K2 CO3 /KX给出了高的碳酸丙烯酯转化率和碳酸二甲酯产率 .XRD ,FTIR和TPD表征表明 ,催化剂的碱性主要来源于钾盐与KX表面的反应 ,相应于 6 78K以上催化剂的甲酸TPD峰对应的碱性位是酯交换反应的活性位 .
Potassium salt modified KX zeolite has been investigated as base catalyst for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) via transesterification. The activity of the catalyst varies with both the type of potassium salt and the preparation of KX. KOH/KX and K 2CO 3/KX result in the highest conversion of propylene carbonate and yield of dimethyl carbonate. The basicity originates mainly from thermal reaction of potassium salt with the surface of KX by analyzing XRD, FTIR and TPD characterization. The base site correspondent to formic acid TPD peaks above 678?K is considered to be highly active towards the transesterification.
