碱性分子筛催化剂上甲苯与甲烷氧化甲基化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对以溴化钠为助剂的碱性分子筛KY催化剂上的甲苯与甲烷氧化甲基化合成苯乙烯和乙苯(C8)进行了研究。KY分子筛本身对甲苯的氧化甲基化的活性很低,但在添加NaBr后其催化活性大大提高。对NaBr负载量对催化剂活性的影响进行了考察,当负载量为8w%时C8的选择性及收率均为最高,分别达到81.7%和53.1%。此外,以8w%NaBr/KY为催化剂,考察了甲烷分压、氧气分压、反应温度及空速对C8选择性及收率的影响。 The oxidative methylation of toluene with methane to ethylbenzene and styrene has been investigated over NaBr promoted KY zeolite catalyst.Only KY zeolite showed very low C 8 yield and selectivity.The catalytic activity has been greatly enhanced by incorporating NaBr into KY zeolites.The effect of loading NaBr on catalytic activity was studied.It was found that the C 8 yield and selectivity of NaBr/KY catalysts were increased with increasing NaBr loading.The 8w% NaBr/KY catalyst showed the maximum C 8 yield of 53 1% with the selectivity of 81 7%.The effects of space velocity,reaction temperature and reactant partial pressure in the feed gas have also been studied.
