摘要 研究以磷石膏废渣和碳酸氢铵为原料制备硫酸铵工艺 ,用单因素试验法和多因素正交试验法研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间及搅拌转速等对原料转化率的影响 ,找到了最优工艺条件。在此条件下 ,碳酸氢铵转化率可达 97%以上 ,产品溶液的硫酸铵浓度可达 35 %以上。 A preparing process for ammonium sulfate from phosphogypsum wastes and ammonium bicarbon was studied. The effects were also studied about the raw material mole ratio, temperature, time and the stir speed on the conversion of the raw material via individual experiments and orthogonal experiments. Meanwhile, the optimal conditions were found. Under these conditions, the conversion of ammonium bicarbonate and the content of ammonium sulfate in productive solution were more than 97% and 35%.
