摘要
本文通过对引上法生长铝酸镁镧晶体中夹杂物的显微观察以及电子探针的定量分析,得出晶体中几种夹杂物的形成主要原因。
In this paper the inclutions in LaMgAl_(11)O_(19): Nd^(3+) crystal grown by CZ method are studied by means of microscope. The compositions of inclusions are analyzed by electron-probe. The formation mechanism of some typical inclusions in this crystals are also discussed.
