摘要
本文首次描述了提拉法生长LaMgAl_(11)O_(19):Nd^(3+)(LNA)晶体中的固液界面翻转现象,以及由此产主的一类新的缺陷。用界面稳定性原理分析了界面翻转过程中产生缺陷的原因;探讨了其纵横向应力条纹形成机理。从该晶体的特点出发,采取了控制临界液流状态、平界面生长优质LNA晶体的方法。
The phenomenon of the inversion of solid-liquid interfaces andthe consequent formation of crystal defects in the crystal growth of LNA aredescribed in this paper. The causes and mechanisms of the formation of crys-tal defects and stress striations during the inversion of interfaces are investi-gated. A feasible method of controlling the shape of the solid-liquid interface togrow high quality LNA crystal is proposed.
