摘要
目的:对芒果止咳片质量标准的鉴别方法进行改进。方法:用薄层色谱法,经溶剂提取制备样品,分别以石油醚(60～90℃)-醋酸乙酯(8.5:1.5)、苯-无水乙醇(8:3)、醋酸乙酯-甲醇-稀醋酸(8:3:3)为展开剂。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:斑点清晰,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To improve the method of identification to the standard of Mangguo Zhike Tables. Method: Using TLC,the sample prepared by solution extract was developed with perolum ether (60-90℃)-ethyl acetate(8.5 : 1.5) ,benzene-anhydrous ethanol(8 : 3)and ethyl acetate-methanol-acetic acid dilute separately. Results: The spots in the TLC obtained with the test solution corresponds in position and colour to the spots in TLC obtained with reference solution. Conclusion: The spots were clear with good reproducibility. It can be used as a method for quality control of the preparation.
