摘要
利用激光诱导荧光 二极管阵列检测 计算机联用装置 ,对磷钼杂多酸 罗丹明 6G荧光猝灭体系进行了研究 ,建立了一种测定食品中磷的新荧光光度法。试验表明 ,该法具有较好的灵敏度、选择性 ,检出限为 0 .1ng·ml- 1,加标回收率为 90 .6%~ 10 9.0 % ,相对标准偏差为 1.3%~3 0 % ,用于食品样品中磷的测定 。
Based on the fluorescence quenching effect due to the formation of heteropoly acid of phosphate and molybdate in the fluorescence reaction system of rhodamine 6G and ammonium molybdate, a relatively sensitive and selective method for the determination of phosphorus in food is proposed. The reaction is carried out in a HCl medium of 0.096mol·L -1 . Laser is used as excitation light source to enhance the sensitivity of the fluorescence reaction and CCD diode array detector is used in the detection of fluorescence intensity. A computerized hyphenated instrument of laser induced fluorescence and CCD diode array detector is installed by the authors. Multiwavelength measurements can be done simultaneously. The proposed method including the special installation is proved to have good sensitivity and selectivity. A detection limit as low as 0.1ng·ml -1 is achieved. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition test are in the range of 90.6%~109.0%. RSD′s found are in the range from 1.3% to 3.0% at the concentration levels of 7.6~1.7mg·g -1 . The presented method has been used in the analysis of cereal and milk powder.
