摘要
φ４．０ｍ旋风式选粉机常见的循环风机叶轮磨损、内衬脱落 和选粉效率低等问题，通过改善循环风机进风的环境，用混凝土改 造内衬和用笼式分级圈改造回转机构等措施，取得了良好的效果。
Common problems on φ4.0m cyclone separator system such as impeller wear of air circulation fan, lining drops of separator housing and the low separat- ing efficiency of separator can be solved by improving air entry conditions of air circulation fan, modifying lining using concreate and bettering separating mecha- nizm using the cage-type separating ring, respectively, which has already showed desired results.
