摘要
综述了国内外近些年来公开报道的各种利用电石水解法制乙炔的干法乙炔发生装置,其中包括盘式发生器、转笼式发生器、复合式发生器和搅拌式发生器4大类。从不同种类发生器所具有的特殊结构及性能方面对这4大类干法乙炔发生装置进行了描述,并结合工业应用的实际情况对它们的优缺点进行了比较,还对今后干法乙炔发生装置的发展方向,以及对现有装置的改进方法提出了意见和建议。
This paper presents various kinds of dry acetylene generators in domestic and abroad in recent years,which include discal type generator,cone generator,composite generator and agitator tank generator.Acetylene can be generated through calcium carbide hydrolysis in these generators.These four generators are discussed from their special structures and performances.The advantages and disadvantages of them are also compared in relation with industrial applications.In addition,recommendations about the future tr...
