摘要 目的 :探讨移动电话的电磁辐射对生物体的影响。方法 :用大众常用移动电话作为辐射源 ,工作频率为90 0MHz ,功率密度为 1190 μW cm2 ,在一定范围对小鼠辐射 2h d ,3 0d后把小鼠断颈处死 ,取出大脑皮层、海马和小脑进行电镜观察分析。结果 :电镜所见 ,处理组与对照组小鼠的神经系统的细胞超微结构未见明显异常。结论 :一定时间内 ,移动电话的电磁辐射 。 Objective: To probes into the influence of electromagnetic irradiation caused by mobile phones on the nerval system of creatures. Methods: A normal mobile phone with 900 MHz workingly frequencly and with 1 190 μm/cm 2 power density was used as the source of electromagnetic irradiation. After being irradiated by the mobile phone within a certain range 2 hours every day for 30 days, the mice were killed by detruncation and the transmission electron microscope (TEM) samples of the cerebral cortex, cerebella cortex and hippocampus of the mice were observed by TEM. Results: It was observed that there were no obvious differences in the ultrastructure of the nerve cells and the glia cells between the treated group and the control group. Conclusions: Within a certain period of time, the electromagnetic irradiation of mobile phones has no apparent influence on the ultrastructure of the nerval system of mice.
