摘要 目的 :研究当归总多糖 (ASP)及其分离组分对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :选用正常及大剂量泼尼龙(PSL)所致免疫缺陷小鼠 ,观察ASP及其分离组分对补体C3含量、单核吞噬细胞功能、淋巴细胞转化、抗体形成功能及白细胞介素 2分泌功能的影响。结果 :ASP、ASP 1、ASP 3 2 5 0mg kg口服可提高正常小鼠补体C3含量及单核吞噬细胞功能。ASP 2 .0g kg可对抗PSL对细胞及体液免疫功能的抑制 ,体内、体外试验中均可使PSL抑制状态下小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2分泌功能改善。结论 Objective :To study the effect of Angelica Sinensis Polysaccharide(ASP) and its ingredients on mice's immunocompetence. Method: The regulations of ASP and its ingredients on immunofunctions of normal and Prednisolone(PSL) induced immunodeficient mice was measured. Results: 250 mg/kg of ASP,ASP 1 and ASP 3 enhanced the alexin C3 content and the activity of mononucleophaga. When treated with 2.0 g/kg of ASP in vivo, the PSL induced inhibition of the cytoimmunity and humoral immunity was improved. ASP elevated the PSL induced decline of interleukin 2 (IL 2) production both in vivo and in vitro. Conclusion: The results suggest that ASP has an extensive effect on immunocompetence.
