摘要
对枸杞多糖(LBP)发挥免疫调节效应的信号传导系统进行探讨。结果显示,50~400μg/mlLBP可剂量依赖性的升高小鼠淋巴细胞内cAMP和cGMP的水平,50μg/ml尚可升高PMA活化的脾淋巴细胞内cGMP的水平。另外,100μg/mlLBP可增加ConA活化后的小鼠脾淋巴细胞膜上的PKC活性。说明LBP的作用途径可能是通过影响cAMP/cGMP系统以及促进PKC活性来发挥免疫调节效应的。
Had investigated the immunoregulatory of LBP on lymphocyte signal transduction system in mice. The results showed that 50~400 μg/ml LBP increased both the cellular cAMP and cGMP level in dose dependent manner, and 50 μg/ml LBP also increased the cGMP level of the lymphocytes activated by PMA. Alternately, 100 μg/ml LBP could enhance the membrane PKC activity of lymphocytes activited by ConA. The results suggested that the action way of LBP is made by cAMP/cGMP system and PKC activity to play immunoregulatory effects.
