摘要
通过高压釜静态模拟试验及EPMA、XRD表面分析得出 :在低磷酸盐水处理工况的高温炉水中 ,Cl- 对碳钢成膜起抑制作用 ,随着Cl- 浓度增加 ,点蚀密度增加 ,在Cl- 浓度小于 0 .2mg/L时点蚀不明显。对成膜完整试片 ,Cl- 浓度达 1mg/L时 ,膜未明显溶解且无蚀点产生。对已有点蚀的成膜试片 ,Cl- 浓度在 0 .2mg/L时原蚀点明显变大变深 ,周围产生小蚀点。对典型蚀点成分分析发现蚀点周围Cl-富集 ,表面膜的主要成分为Fe3 O4 。
Through static state simulation test in high pressure Cauldron as well as EPMA and XRD surface analysis, it is obtained that the Cl - has an inhibitory action to the film-formation on carbon steel in high-temperature boiler water under low phosphating water treatment condition, along with the growth of Cl - concentration, the corrosion pits densely appeared, but the pitting attack isn't obvious when Cl -concentration is lower than 0.2mg/L. For test piece with complete film-formation, the film hadn't been obviously dissolved and pitting attack not occurred when the Cl - concentration reached 1mg/L. For test piece with film-formation and pitting attack, the original corrosion pits were deepened and enlarged obviously when the Cl - concentration was 0.2mg/L, producing small corrosion pits all around. It is found after composition analysis of typical corrosion pits that the Cl - were enriched around said pits, and the main composition on the surface of film was Fe 3O 4.
