摘要
在高压釜试验的基础上,研究了锅炉水冷壁介质浓缩腐蚀情况,并得出介质不发生浓缩时,正常形成氧化膜,膜质致密;当浓缩倍数小于15时,CI^-破坏氧化膜而发生点蚀;当浓缩倍数大于1 000时,PO^(3-)_4参与了成膜,发生全面腐蚀,研究并提出了预防措施。
The corrosion of water-cooled boder wall material by enriched media was investigated in autoclave. It showed that the compact film was formed on the specimen while no media enrichment occured; the pitting corrosion appeared as the enrichment increasing; while enrichment multiply power>1 000, the overall corrosion then occured. The preventive measures were discussed.
