摘要
考察了滑石粉填充 PP材料颗粒分布的分形特征 ,提出了用分形维数 D定量描述复合材料第二相颗粒在基体中的分散状况 ,通过对比 D与冲击强度的关系 ,发现不同填充体系均存在一临界 Dc 值 ,在此分形维数下冲击强度发生转折。同时 ,通过测定材料冲击断面的粗糙度参量 Rs,结果显示
The fractal distribution of particle in PP/talc materials was researched. The fractal dimention D was used for a quantitative parameter to express the distribution condition of filling particle in composite materials. Through the contrast of fractal dimention D and notch impact strength, there existed a critical value-- D c with different filling system, under the criticai value, the inversion change was found with the notch impact strength. At the same time, through the measurement of fracture roughness parameter( R s), it was showed that the same transformation rule also appeared with R s corresponding to the notch impact strength. But the distribution fractal dimention D is not the unique affect factor, the particle size and the filling content can also affect the impact properties.
