摘要
研究了乳化剂、交联剂与引发剂用量对(PS-PMMA)/(PBA-PAA)核壳结构LIPN乳液性能及膜性能的影响;探讨了乳化剂用量为3.0%时,乳液凝聚率、化学稳定性、转化率及粘度变化发生转折的原因;用Nielsen公式求得交联剂用量为0.4%时,交联点间链平均分子量M≈3.8×103。
The influence of the concentration of the initially emulsifier,the crosslinking agent and the initiator on the performance of both emulsion and films of LIPN(PS-PMMA)/(PBA-PAA) with core-shell structure was investigated. The reason why coagulating rate, chemical stability,conversion and adhesive of LIPN emulsion sharply changed at about 3% emulsifier concentration was discussed.The chain everage molecular weight between cross-linked point,is obtained at the 0.4% concentration of crosslinking agent according to the Nielsen formula.
