摘要
对影响被孢霉菌BH油脂合成的几个主要因素进行了研究 .结果表明 ,其最佳产脂条件为 :葡萄糖浓度7% ,碳氮比 =5 0∶1,接种量 5 % ,温度 3 0℃ ,pH 6.5 ,培养时间 4d .在此条件下培养 ,被孢霉菌的油脂含量可达 4 4 .0 3 % ,油脂系数为 13 .
Several main factors affecting biosynthesis of lipids in Mortierella BH were investigated in this paper. The results show that the optimal lipid-producing conditions are as follows: the concentration of glucose (7%), C / N (50∶1), the amount of inoculation (5%), the temperature (30?℃), pH (6.5), and the time of culture (4 days). When Mortierella BH is cultured under these conditions, the content of lipids can reach 44.03%, and the coefficient of lipids is 13.75.
