摘要
采用电子显微镜、扫描电镜及电子拉伸机 ,研究了液相线半连续铸造法制备的A35 6合金半固态浆料的组织 ,重熔加热的合金组织 ,经触变成形及固溶时效处理后的组织与性能·结果表明 ,触变成形并经热处理后的A35 6合金 ,析出相为Al3 Si,AlSi等化合物 ,其性能得到显著提高·经触变成形得到的汽车用轴瓦盖毛坯 ,其σb 值达到 2 81 2MPa ,δ5达到 13 8% ,此结果为用近液相线半连续铸造法制备非枝晶A35 6合金触变成形的深入研究奠定了基础·
The semi solid slurry organization maked through the nearby liquidus semi continuous casting,remelting organization,organization and performance after thixoforming and T6 heat treatment were studied by means of electron microscope, scan electron microscope and electron drawing equipment. Performance of semi solid A356 alloy slurry after thixoforming and heat treatment gains remarkable improvement. The separating organization of A356 alloy after thixoforming and T6 heat treatment is Al 3Si,AlSi. The δ b and δ 5 of the bushings used for automobiles,produced by thixoforming,are 281 2?MPa and 13 8%,respectively.
