摘要
组织生命周期理论和总裁生命周期理论 ,阐述了企业组织和企业领导人发展成长的特点和规律 ,随着国有企业公司制改造步伐的加快和改革的不断深入 ,建立科学的企业领导人激励监督机制 ,已成为一个亟待解决的重要课题。运用两个生命周期理论 ,有助于解决加强国有企业领导人的激励和监督问题 ,促进国有企业快速健康发展。
The theory of organization life cycle and president life cycle elaborates the characteristics and laws of the development of enterprise organization and enterprise leaders.How to build a rational mechanism of supervision and encouragement is a very important problem.Based on the twolife cycle theories,how to enhance the supervision and encouragement mechanism of the state owed enterprise leaders so as to promote of state owed enterprises is discussed in the paper.
