摘要
通过对用户组合及用户购买的总产品的结构进行分析 ,探讨制造企业在哪些方面利用服务使产品具有差异性 ,以及如何强化这些差异性。利用这些差异性 ,使无形的服务成为有形产品的重要竞争手段 ,以此来增强企业的竞争力 ,从而获得竞争优势。
Through analyzing the combination of consumers and the structure of general product bought by consumers,discusses how the enterprises can differentiate their product by using unique service and how to strengthen the differentiation.With these differentiations,enterprises can make invisible service a very important competing weapon for their visible product.In this way,the competing ability will be strengthened,and their competing advantage as well.
