摘要
当今知识时代变化趋势对企业组织提出了挑战,迫使企业组织有转型的趋向。在企业组织转型过程中存在的基本问题,一是高层管理者功能要重新定位,特别是高层管理者要由过去的集权者和综合管理者转变为战略领导者;二是知识化员工潜能和作用要充分发挥。
The change in current knowledge times has given a challenge to the enterprise organization and resulted in its transitional trend. Two problems exist in the transition: One is the functional reorientation of the senior managers, especially they should become the strategic leaders from the centralized powers and the comprehensive managers in the past; another is a full play should be given to the potentials and functions of the knowledge staffs.
