摘要
技术创新力量薄弱是当前制约我国中小企业参与全球竞争的一个关键问题。弥合与发达国家同行在技术创新上的差距,需从我国转轨时期的国情出发,统筹兼顾。针对当前提高中小企业技术创新成效的迫切需要,本文尝试提出了若干项对策建议。
Currently,problems of technical innovations inhibit the small and medium enterprises (SME)in China from achieving success in fierce competition.To catch up with the foreign counterparts,the problems of technical innovations should be solved in wise manners.In an attempt to satisfy the urgent demands of SME to improve the technical innovation performance,some suggestions are proposed in the article.
