蛋白激酶B与冠心病

摘要 近年来,国外有关蛋白激酶B(PKB/AKT)与冠心病的相关报道日见增多,有关PKB的研究越发受到人们的关注.蛋白激酶B(PKB)于1991年首次被鉴定,coffer等[1]应用PCR技术在Hella细胞cDNA文库中筛出一个开放阅读框架,编码479个氨基酸残基,约57KD的蛋白质.由于它与PKC及PKA均有很高的同源性(PKC为73%,PKA为68%),故被命名为PKB(protein kinase B)或RAC-PK(related to the A and C kinase)[2].此外,该酶被证明为逆转录病毒AKT-8的癌基因v-AKT编码的蛋白产物[3],故又称AKT.
