文中介绍了一种利用89C5单片机研制的对汽车发动机气缸套的几个重要尺寸和形位公差进行自动检测的系列成品检测系统,对其工作原理、硬件电路、软件设计进行了详细的论述。
In this Paper, an automotic quality - testing system for cylinder liner of automotive engine developed using a 89C51 single chip microcomputer is introduced. It can be used to test the important size and tolerance of all kinds of cylinder liner. The principle, circuit, design of the software are discussed indetail in this paper.
