摘要 介绍了一种基于双单片机的改进型时差法超声波小管径流量测量系统的研制;该系统针对时差法超声波流量计在小管径应用上时差难以测量的不足,采用改进型时差法,实现了对微小时差的测量,并通过温度补偿和流体力学修正有效地提高了系统的测量精度;在降低电路设计的同时,采用主从单片机协同工作的方式,大大增强了系统的可靠性和抗干扰性;与传统时差法超声波流量计相比,该系统稳定性好,测量精度较高,具有良好的实用价值和推广价值。 An improved transit-time difference ultrasonic flowmetcr based on double MCU is presented. In order to overcome the insufficiency of the ultrasonic fiowmeter for small diameter pipe in travel time, an improved transit-time difference method is used to realize the measurement of tiny time. And the accuracy of measurement has been improved by temperature compensation and hydrodynamics amending, Meanwhile, the using of double MCU makes the reliability and anti jamming boost. Compared with the traditional ultrasonic flowmeter, the system has well stability, precision and practicality.
