摘要
应用醛糖还原酶抑制剂微量高效筛选模型对数千株阳性菌株进行筛选 ,发现数株阳性菌株。其中灰色链霉菌 SIPI- 99- 80 7具有较强的抑制活性。应用乙酸乙酯提取、硅胶柱层析和高效液相色谱等方法 ,从上清液中分离出活性物质 SIPI- 80 7- 1;通过对 SIPI- 80 7- 1的理化性质、UV、IR、MS、1 H- NMR和 1 3 C- NMR等光谱的分析 ,确定其结构为 :5 ,7-二羟基 - 3(4′-羟基苯酚 ) - 4H- 1-苯并吡喃 -
In our alodse reductase inhibitors (ARIs) screening program, by using a highly effective model, from several thousand of microorganisms, a strain, SIPI 807 with potent suppression activity was isolated. Using ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatograph and HPLC etc., a compound SIPI 807 1 was isolated from its fermentation broth. The chemical structure of the active compound was elucidated as 5,7 dihydroxy 3(4′ hydroxyphenyl) 4H 1 benzopyran 4 one by physicochemical propeties and spectral data of UV, IR, EI MS, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR) respectively.
