摘要
本文介绍了英国新近建成的、与保护老建筑有关的三个新建筑,分析了其中新旧建筑的多种共存方式。在改建的过程中,应适时地让老建筑服务于当代社会同,即改造性再利用。
This paper introduces three new buildings in England, which are relevant to conservation of old building. After analysing various patterns of the coexisting of old and new , the author advocates that under proper circumstances the old buildings can be reconstructed to serve the society better, that is, adaptive reuse.
