摘要
合成了2种新型含硅植物生长调节剂。它们的结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR表征。生物活性试验表明,药液质量浓度为2.5mg/L时,2种目标化合物对水稻根生长比对照化合物1-萘乙酸乙基二甲硅基甲酯分别提高了10%和13%。
Two plant growth regulators containing silicon- ethyldimethylsilylmethyl-5-ethy -etate and ethyldimethylsilylmethyl-5-isopropyl-1-naph- thylacetate were synthesized from 1-naphthylacetic acid, ethylbromide (isopropylbromide), trimethylchlorosilane and magnesium by Friedel-crafts alkylation,chlorination, Grignard reaction, nuleophilic substitution and elimination of potassium chloride. Their structures were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1HNMR spectra. The results of biological activity tests showed that at concentration of 25mg/L two target compounds increased the growth rate of the rice root by 10% and 13% than the ethyldimethylsilylmethyl-1-naphthylacetate(Ⅶ) respectively.
