人参茎叶皂苷对大鼠实验性坐骨神经损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨人参茎叶皂甙对周围神经损伤的保护作用。 2方法 以 Wistar大鼠坐骨神经捻挫为动物模型 ,用人参茎叶皂甙给大鼠灌胃 ,于周围神经损伤后不同时期检测感觉神经传导速度 ( SCV)及坐骨神经功能指数 ( SFI)。并进行形态计量学图像分析。3结果 周围神经损伤后 2周 SCV、SFI及有髓纤维的密度均优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 To observe protective effects of gensenosides(PGS) on peripheral nerves injury.Methods The wistar rat whose sciatic nerves were contused was used as animal model.The rat was gavaged with gensenosides.Sensorineural communicate velocity(SCV) and sciatic nerve functional index was detected in different stages after crush injury.Morphometric analysis was made to explore protective effect of gensenosides on peripheral nerve injury.Results Two weeksafter injury,SFI,SCV and myelinated fiber density were greater than control(P<0.05).Conclusion gensenosides.could improve regencration of myelinated fibers after Wistar rat sciatic nerves injury as well as recovery of function of nerve fibers.
