玻璃酸钠与超声导入Fastum凝胶联合治疗膝骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎 被引量:3

Combined Use of Sodium Hyaluronate and LIUS-phoresised Fastum Gel Treating Knee Osteoarthritis Complicated with Synovitis

摘要 目的:比较多种方法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)合并滑膜炎(SY)的临床疗效。方法:126例KOA合并SY患者分成3组,分别采用玻璃酸钠(SH)关节腔内注射(A组)40例,SH注射联合低强度脉冲超声(LIUS)导入(B组)43例和SH注射联合LIUS导入酮基布洛芬(fastum)(C组)43例。以HSS评分标准在治疗1、3、5周末和治疗结束后24周时评定临床疗效。结果:治疗5周时,优良率比较,B、C组明显优于A组(P<0.01);C组优于B组(P<0.05)。24周后C组优良率的稳定性明显优于A、B组。结论:SH与LIUS导入fastum可起到协同作用,具有高效、持久、安全的治疗优势。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of sodium hyaluronate (SH) intra-articular injection combined with LIUS-phoresised Fastum gel (KP) treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA) complicated with synovitis (SY). Methods: 126 cases of KOA complicated with SY were randomly divided 3 groups: group A(SH injection, 40 cases), group B (SH+LIUS, 43 cases) and group C (SH+ LIUS-phoresised Fastum gel, 43 cases). HSS score standard was used to assess the clinical effectiveness at first, third and fifty week of treatment and 24th week after treatment. Results: At 5th week after treatment, the clinical effectiveness in groups B and C was better than in group A (P〈0.01), and in group C than in group B (P〈0.05). Twenty-four weeks later, the therapeutic effect in group C was more stable than in groups A and B (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Combined use of SH and LIUS-phoresised Fastum Gel can achieve the durable and reliable result for the treatment of osteoarthritis complicated with synovitis.
