摘要
利用静态荧光技术系统研究了 5 -二甲氨基萘磺酰氯 ( DNS-Cl)在丙酮中簇集行为。实验表明纯化和簇集作用研究中 DNS-Cl在丙酮中稳定 ,不发生溶剂化分解 ,也不参与其它化学反应 ;DNS-Cl在丙酮中显著簇集 ,溶液稀释簇集作用下降 ,簇集和解簇都是一个缓慢过程 ,临界簇集浓度 [CAg C]显著小于 DNS-Cl在丙酮中的溶解度 ;十二烷基磺酸钠 ( SDS)
The aggregation of dansyl chloride(DNS-Cl) in acetone has been studied in detail by steady-state fluorecence techniques.It has been shown that DNS-Cl is stable in acetone during the purification and aggregation study process.The aggregator does not solvolysis in acetone, and it also does not take part in any chemical reactions.It has been found that DNS-Cl tends to form aggregates even at concentrations much lower than its solubility in acetone.Both the aggregation and de-aggregation are very slow.The introduction of SDS has a positive effect upon the formation and the stabilization of the aggregates of DNS-Cl in acetone.
