摘要
用DNS-Cl为荧光衍生试剂,研究了测定呋喃丹残留量的薄层荧光扫描法.该法操作简便、灵敏度高、定量准确、结果稳定.应用于水样中微量呋喃丹的测定,取得了满意的结果,此方法线性范围为10~300ng,最低检测限量为0.5ng.
The study of quantitatlve analysis of carbofuran by TLC and fluorimetryis described in this paper. There is a linear relation in 10-300 ng/spot of carbofu-ran and as little as 0. 5 ng/spot of pesticide can be detected- Natural water samplescan be anaIysed to determine concentration of carb0furan of a few parts billion withhigh recoveries and without the necessity of a clean-up step.
