摘要
目的：评价阴道超声对药物流产后阴道出血的诊断价值。方法：对 126例药物流产后异常阴道出血的病例用阴道超声检查。结果：完全流产、宫腔积血、难免流产、不全流产及宫外孕发生率依次为 9. 52％、 3. 92％、 2. 38％、 82. 54％、 1. 50％、以不全流产组最高。结论：阴道超声对药物流产后阴道出血的病因具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of Ultrasound Scan on Vaginal Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion.Methods： To collect and analysis the data of 126 cases with Vaginal Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion.Results： The incidence rates of complete abortion,uterus cavity hemorrhage,inevitable abortion,incomplete abortion and ectopic pregnancy separately are 9.52％ ,3.92％ ,2.38％ ,82.54％ ,1.50％ .Conclusions： Ultrasound Scan is an vrey useful method on diagnosis of Vaginal Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion.
