摘要
目的 探讨活血化瘀杀胚中药对降低药物流产后不全流产发生率 ,减少阴道流血量 ,缩短阴道流血时间的作用。方法 药物流产后 6～ 8h加服活血化瘀杀胚中药。结果 药物流产后加服活血化瘀杀胚中药 ,其不全流产率、阴道流血量、持续时间均明显低 (少 )于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0. 0 1)。结论 药物流产后即时加服活血化瘀杀胚中药 ,对降低其不全流产率 ,减少阴道流血量 ,缩短阴道流血持续时间均有较好的效果。
Objective:To discuss the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on invigorating the circulation of blood and destroying embryo and on cutting down the rate of incomplete abortion after drug abortion,reducing the amount of colporrhagia and shortening the time of colporrhagia . Methods:To administer the traditional Chinese medicine that can invigorate the circulation of blood and destroy embryo 6~8 hours after the drug abortion. Results:The rate of incomplete abortion and the amount of colporrhagia are all significantly lower than that of normal group. There are remarkable differences.(P<0.01). Conclusion:To administer the traditional Chinese medicine that can invigorate the circulation of blood and destroy embryo immediately after drug abortion is effective.
