摘要
目的 探讨农村精神分裂症患者照料者的社会支持和生活质量的相关因素。方法 用社会支持量表(SSRS)、世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表中文版(WHOQOL-100)的26条目版本,对108名精神分裂症患者照料者及108名对照者(1:1匹配)进行评定分析。结果 照料者的社会支持(除客现支持)和生活质量各领域均差于对照组(P<0.05);逐步回归分析表明,照料者生活质量主要受其主现社会支持(偏回归系数β=0.296,P<0.01)和病人SDSS总分(偏回归系数β=-0.286,P<0.01)影响。结论 社会对精神病患者照料者的理解、支持和精神卫生知识的普及非常重要。
Objective To investigate social support and quality of lives of schizophrenic patients' s tenders in a rural area in Guangdong. Methods 108 schizophrenic patients's tenders and 108 control groups (match 1:1) were valuated with Social Support Rating Scales (SSRS) and WHOQOL-100. Results Subjective social support and using of social support were bad in patients' s tenders group than that in control group ( P<0.05~0.01). By stepwise regression, the primary correlative factors with quality of live were subjective social support of tenders and social disability of schizophrenic patients. Conclusions Understanding and supporting psychiatric patients tenders was an important community work.
